Presented by CIAT Wessex (17 April 2024), this is a recording of an online lunchtime CPD presented by Martin Beattie of The National Association of Drainage Contractors. Martin is one of the founder members of the NADC and has served as Vice Chairman for the last nine years. he has played a key role in the NADC’s training and certification programme across the UK and Ireland. He discusses from an AT’s point of view, the most important issues of pre & post conditional drainage surveys in relation to building extensions for both domestic and commercial properties and why are they so increasingly important. The session concludes with a short Q&A session.
